Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error — for example, because you have authorization to use the material or the claim is based on a misidentification — you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled content and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
